PORTLAND, Ore.—May 19, 2016— The Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors® (PMAR) Masters Circle named Beth Earnest, Earnest & Assoc. Real Estate, and Diana McCredie, Keller Williams Portland Central, their 2016 Brokers of the Year at their May 19th membership event.
The Broker of the Year award selection criteria includes the number of years as a Masters Circle member, production volume, real estate related involvement, National Association recognized designations, community service involvement and the number of years in the real estate industry.
Each recipient’s commitment to the real estate industry is demonstrated through their involvement in their local Realtor® association.
Beth has been a member of the Masters Circle for 24 years; Diana has been a member of the Masters Circle for 13 years.
In addition to Beth’s Association involvement, Beth’s passion for volunteerism extends past her professional life and into her community. Beth has a history of supporting local organizations such as Community Warehouse and the Edwards Center, a charity that helps adults with developmental disabilities have the opportunity to live and thrive in Oregon. Beth also has spent 24 years volunteering for the Beaverton School District, created and coordinated a parent group for FIJI Fraternity at the University of Oregon, participated in the Parent Group at Zeta Psi at University of Washington, sits on various Multnomah Athletic Club committees, and serves on the RMLS™ Hearings Committee.
Diana also is deeply involved with charitable organizations, including past work with the Board of Directors for the Windermere Foundation and helping to coordinate the Windermere Community Service Days to assist low income and elderly individuals in need of home repairs and maintenance projects. Diana is a member of the Associate Leadership Council of Keller Williams and KW Cares. Diana provides monthly financial support to Community Warehouse to purchase beds for children in need.
Beth is a Diamond-Platinum member of the Masters Circle and has earned her Graduate Realtor® Institute real estate certifications. Diana is also a Diamond-Platinum member of the Masters Circle and has earned the Certified Residential Specialist and Graduate Realtor® Institute real estate certifications.
