(PORTLAND, OR – May 30, 2018) The Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors® (PMAR) Masters Circle named Chris Balmes, Chris Balmes Properties LLC, their 2018 Managing Broker of the Year at their May 11th membership event.
The Managing Broker of the Year award selection criteria includes the number of years in the real estate industry, national association recognized designations, community service, number of years as a managing broker and the percentage of brokers in their office that are members of the Masters Circle.

After forming Chris Balmes Properties LLC in 2007, the company was named the #17 top real estate firm that same year by the Portland Business Journal, as well as #18 in 2008, and #12 in 2009. Chris herself was nominated as a Woman of Influence by the Portland Business Journal in 2013 and has 45 years of experience in the real estate business.
Chris Balmes is a Diamond-Platinum member of the Masters Circle and has earned GRI and ePRO designations from the National Association of Realtors®.
