(PORTLAND, OR – May 14, 2019) The Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors® (PMAR) Masters Circle named Sharon Fleming, Coldwell Banker Bain, their 2019 Broker of the Year at their May 9th membership event.
The Broker of the Year award selection criteria includes the number of years as a Masters Circle member, production volume, real estate related involvement, national association recognized designations, community service involvement, and number of years in the real estate industry.
Sharon Fleming has been a real estate broker for 8 years and a member of the Masters Circle for 4 years as a Diamond-Platinum member. In 2018, she was named the top agent of the Coldwell Banker Bain Portland West Office. She is also a part of the top 5% of Coldwell Banker agents Nationwide and top 1% of Coldwell Banker Bain agents in Oregon and Southwest Washington.
In addition to her achievements in the real estate industry, Fleming is passionate about volunteering for Northwest Kidney Kids, a non-profit that supports children with kidney disease and their families. Northwest Kidney Kids offers Family and Teen Camps for the Kidney, as well as scholarship and family support. Sharon has been a board member for Northwest Kidney Kids since 2015 and has been their Board Secretary since 2017. Northwest Kidney Kids describes her as being a “tenacious parent advocate” who “brings a welcomed enthusiasm and fresh perspective.”
